1. Order Acceptance & "On-Hold" Stock
Automated Cancellation: To ensure fair stock availability, unpaid orders are held for a limited time. If payment is not completed within 12 hours (or the timeframe set in our system), the order will be automatically cancelled and items returned to public inventory.
Order Validation: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
2. Pricing & E-Invoicing (Malaysia Compliance)
Currency: All prices are listed in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) unless otherwise stated.
E-Invoicing: In compliance with LHDN requirements, e-invoices are mandatory for transactions exceeding RM10,000. For transactions below this amount, a standard receipt will be issued via the EasyStore platform unless a formal e-invoice is specifically requested.
3. Payment Methods
We process payments through secure third-party gateways integrated with EasyStore (e.g., Razer Merchant Services).
By choosing a payment method, you agree to the terms of that specific provider.
We do not store your credit card or banking details; all data is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Service Providers: Shipping is handled by our integrated partners (e.g., NinjaVan, J&T, DHL eCommerce).
Tracking: Once your order is fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent via email or WhatsApp.
Risk of Loss: All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns, Refunds & Restocking
Return Window: Customers may request a return within [7/14] days of receiving the item, provided it is in original, unworn condition with tags.
Manual vs. Auto Refunds: Refunds for orders paid via supported gateways (Stripe/PayPal/GrabPay) may be processed automatically. For manual bank transfers or e-wallet payments, we will coordinate with you for a manual transfer.
Restocking Fee: We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or deny a refund if the returned item is damaged or not in its original packaging.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
At On The Street, we strive to get your orders to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Note: During high-volume periods (such as 11.11, 12.12, or festive seasons), processing may take up to 5 working days.
2. Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping and free shipping tiers for our Malaysia & Singapore customers:
Shipping rates are calculated based on weight/dimension and will be displayed at checkout.
3. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
You can also track your order directly through your On The Street account dashboard.
4. Delivery Partners
We work with reliable Malaysian couriers integrated via EasyStore, including:

J&T Express
PosLaju / DHL eCommerce
Lalamove* (For specific local on-demand requests)
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Please note that our couriers generally cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical residential or office address to ensure successful delivery.
6. Incorrect Address & Re-delivery
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to collect the parcel from the courier hub, a re-delivery fee will apply to ship the item out a second time.
