Delivery time depends on the courier service and destination.

    🇸🇬 Singapore

    • Delivery Time: 3–8 working days

    • Shipping Fee: Based on order value

      • Free shipping for orders above RM588

      • RM300 minimum threshold applies (as per promotion structure)

    🇲🇾 West Malaysia

    • Delivery Time: 2–5 working days

    • Shipping Fee: RM10

    • Free shipping for orders above RM288

    🇲🇾 East Malaysia

    • Delivery Time: 4–8 working days

    • Shipping Fee: RM15

    • Free shipping for orders above RM388

🚫 Courier Responsibility

Once parcels are handed over to the courier, OTS is not responsible for:

  • Delays

  • Damage

  • Loss

These are under the courier company’s responsibility.

📍 Incorrect Address / Uncollected Parcel

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If a parcel is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Uncollected parcel

The customer will be required to bear the re-delivery shipping fee.
