Korea Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

Please read before placing your order.

Pre-order items are ordered directly from our Korean suppliers after your order is confirmed.

The estimated waiting time is approximately 2–4 weeks. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.

• Delays may occur due to supplier processing, international shipping, customs clearance, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  
  
• Availability is subject to the Korean supplier’s final confirmation. An item may become out of stock even after an order has been placed.
  
  
• If an item is unavailable, a full refund will be provided for the out-of-stock item only. Other available items in the same order will continue to be processed.
  
  
• Full payment is required to confirm all pre-orders.
  
  
• Once confirmed, pre-orders cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, or exchanged due to change of mind or incorrect size or colour selection.
  
  
• Ready-stock and pre-order items may be shipped separately. Any applicable additional shipping charges will be stated before checkout.
  
  
• Please place ready-stock and pre-order items in separate orders if you do not wish for ready-stock items to be held while waiting for the pre-order items.
  
  
• Product colours may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings. Measurements may also vary slightly.
