Return & Exchange Policy

At On The Street (OTS), we carefully inspect every item before shipping to ensure quality.

Please confirm your order carefully before making payment.

Once an order is placed and payment is completed, it is considered final and confirmed.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, including but not limited to:

🚫 Not liking the design
🚫 Colour differences due to screen display
🚫 Size not fitting
🚫 Personal preference

All sales are final unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

⚠️Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Kindly provide:

• Order number

• Photo or video proof of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange:

• Replacement of the item, or

• Store credit / refund (if item is unavailable)

📦Return Conditions (Approved Cases Only)

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

• Original tags must be attached

• Item must be returned in original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

• Colour may vary by 20–30% due to lighting or screen differences

• Measurements may vary by 1–3 cm due to manual measurement

These are not considered defects.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Earrings

• Jewelry

• Socks

• Hair accessories
